The Project of International Cooperation and Marketing for Resource Circulation

This program focused on "the elevation of the Department of Waste Management to the Resource Circulation Administration (RECA) and the amendment of the Resource Circulation Act", formulated promotion strategies for two major target sectors, implemented a three-phase campaign and conducted buzz-marketing activities. Under this program, we successfully organized the “2023 Resource Circulation International Conference”, “Plaque-Unveiling Ceremony for the Elevation to Resource Circulation Administration”, “Award Ceremony for Outstanding Enterprises and Schools for Resource Circulation”, multiple press conferences and exhibitions. In the meantime, we worked towards the RECA's annual key policies, leveraged multiple media and marketing channels including TV, prints, newspapers and new media to campaign for resource circulation and increase public interest in discussing topics related to resource circulation. Under this program, we used the resources of Formosa Television and its partners, who supported in the drafting of press releases, media exposure, international exchanges and administrative operations according to the RECA requirements. These partnered parties continued to assign designated personnel to support the program in the RECA office and improve the quality of the execution of the program. To work towards the restructuring of RECA and the promotional requirements, this program conducted multiple rounds of working meetings, revised contracts, effectively utilized integrated cross-domain campaign strategies and enhanced international exchanges, the collaboration between private and public sectors and the general public's awareness of resource circulation and sustainable actions.
